Program Eligibility

You may apply if you:

  • are an IPFW student
  • Have at least sophomore status
  • have approximately a 2.75 cumulative GPA
  • No language requirements
  • Students on disciplinary probation during program period are not eligible.

Location Details

  • Close to  the capital city of Seoul
  • Located in Anyang city with many local festivals, restaurants, outdoor markets, sporting events, and nightlife
  • Scenic setting in the foothills of the Suri Mountains

COSTS

Note: These are the costs for 2014-2015, costs are subject to change

Students are responsible for:

  • IPFW tuition (2014-2015: $3,117.00/ semester)
  • Anyang University Housing Dormitory Fee (600,000 KRW or approximately $570 for the semester)
  • Health Insurance ($35/ month)
  • Around 2/3 of airfare (
  • Textbooks (estimate: $100)
  • Passport ($130)
  • Visa  (~$50)

Anyang University will provide:

  • Airfare assistance to lower the cost for students (600,000 krw around $570 USD)
  • Monthly stipend for food and other expenses (around $1900/semester or $140/week)
  • Airport pick up, bus pass

Financial Aid

  • Students pay IPFW tuition for this program and are therefore able to use most of their financial aid package including Federal, State, and IPFW-specific funding. Please  contact the Office of Financial Aid in Kettler 103 at (260)481-6243 for information about your specific program.
