Applying to IPFW

The application process to a graduate program at IPFW depends on whether the degree is from Indiana University or Purdue University.

You must be formally admitted to a specific graduate program at IPFW before you are eligible to register for graduate-level classes.

IU Graduate Programs

Each IU graduate program handles admissions applications differently. If you are interested in applying to an IU program, please contact the graduate program director or the school, division, or department of interest to find out what the application process involves.

Purdue Graduate Programs

Purdue University processes all applications for admission into a Purdue graduate program. Prospective students can apply to these programs via Purdue University’s Admissions Application webpage. On your application, make sure you specify that you are applying to a program on the Fort Wayne campus, and whether you are a degree-seeking or non-degree-seeking applicant.

If you have questions, please do not hesitate to contact the Office of Graduate Studies—we’re here to help.
