The scholarships listed here are awarded by committees or organizations outside of IPFW.   IPFW also offers many university scholarship opportunities.

DegreeDirectory.org Bachelor's Degree Scholarships

To provide financial assistance to students who are interested in pursuing bachelor level degrees related to Political Science, Anthropology, Sociology, Psychology, Economics and History.

  • Award Type: $500 Annual Scholarship
  • Duration: 1 year
  • Number of Awards: 1 each year.
  • Deadline: April 1st of each year.

This scholarship program is open to students pursuing Social Science related majors. High school students enrolled in a bachelor program in the Social Sciences next year are also eligible to receive the scholarship. Graduate students are not eligible. A wide range of degree programs will be considered including but not limited to:

  • Anthropology Bachelor’s Degrees
  • Sociology Bachelor’s Degrees
  • Psychology Bachelor’s Degrees
  • Political Science Bachelor’s Degrees
  • Economics Bachelor’s Degrees
  • History Bachelor’s Degrees
  • Social Sciences Bachelor’s Degrees

Selection is based on academic history, extracurricular activities, and employment history. Financial need is not considered.
