Dependent students must supply documentation to verify that the information reported for the student and parents to the IRS was the same as the information reported on the FAFSA.
Students can be selected for one of 6 different verification processes. This information can be found on the students Financial Aid Requirements section under their enrollment tab in myIPFW. Each verification process has its own form and this must be supplied along with the following information:
If student did not earn any income, then the student must just list such on the form along with where support came from.
Note: If you filed an amendment, we will need the 1040X that was filed to amend the original tax filing, along with a tax return transcript and an account transcript.
