Stock Is Held In Your Account at a Bank/Brokerage
Instruct your broker to contact Dan Gebhart, IPFW Comptroller, at 260-481-6322 to determine if IPFW or its related foundation has an account at your brokerage house. If there is an account, your broker can transfer your gifted shares to that account. If there is no existing account, IPFW likely will open an account to which shares may be transferred. The date of the gift will be the date that the securities arrive in IPFW's account.
Please notify the IPFW Development office identifying the brokerage firm, the securities transferred, and the purpose of the gift.
