Overview of the Nursing Skills Lab
The Nursing Skills Lab is open and available for students’ to study. The lab design prompts student group discussion. Ten computer stations are dedicated for nursing students in the lab. Students practicing technical skills may utilize video taping to analyze and evaluate their technique and learning. Nursing faculty, staff, and grad aides operate the lab a minimum of 40 hours a week. Student workers staff the lab to allow extended evening and weekend hours. The hours vary by semester.
