Request for marketing materials

Submit a request only after you have all the necessary information [text, photos, samples, and other materials]. Due to the large volume of projects we handle, trying to move a project forward without all the elements is neither efficient nor cost effective.

  1. UPDATED projects – Include new or additional text in the box provided below. If you are updating existing material, send a hard copy of the most current piece to our office (SS_119), with changes marked in red.
  2. NEW projects – Include as much written information as you have available about the subject matter. Ensure the information has been pre-approved by your department head.

Once the project timeline is assigned, it will be entered into the work queue and given a completion date. We respectfully request a four-week lead time for all job requests; some projects may take longer and others may be completed sooner. If the scope of your project is such that it requires more than four weeks, you will be contacted. For more information, refer to the Standard Project Guidelines.
