Day One of IPFW Fall Bus Tour a Success

FORT WAYNE, Ind.—The Indiana University–Purdue University Fort Wayne (IPFW) Fall Bus Tour kicked off today with 40 faculty and staff joining Chancellor Vicky Carwein on a three day tour across Indiana. Day one stops included a visit to Brick House Llama Farm, home of Vice Chancellor for Academic Affairs Jeff Anderson and his family, and a visit to the James Dean Gallery in Fairmount, Indiana.

The final stop of the day included dinner with Purdue President Mitch Daniels at his home, Westwood, on the Purdue campus in West Lafayette. President Daniels welcomed the IPFW group and hosted strong discussions centered around future collaborations and partnerships.

Day two stops will include the NCAA headquarters in downtown Indianapolis, IUPUI Fairbanks Simulation Center, and Hardin Farms (owned by Purdue Trustee John Hardin).
