FORT WAYNE, Ind.—Each year, cadets in the Army ROTC program at Indiana University–Purdue University Fort Wayne (IPFW) take part in several competitions against other ROTC units. This year, the cadets will be taking teams to competitions in Gettysburg, Pa., Evansville, Ind., and Gatlinburg, Tenn.
In order to do that, they need to raise the funds for their transportation and meals. IPFW’s ROTC Military Science and Leadership Club is holding a “Super Sunday Special” Fundraiser at Crazy Pinz, Sunday, November 4, from noon to 10 p.m., offering three hours of unlimited fun for a discounted price of $14.95, with $5 from every purchase being donated to the club. Live music will be provided form 6 to 8 p.m. by the band My Lost Tribe. The cadets will also be selling paracord bracelets that are hand-made and contain 8 to 10 feet of paracord.
The fund raiser is open to the public. Crazy Pinz is located at 1414 Northland Boulevard, off Lima Road on the northwest side of Fort Wayne.
