FORT WAYNE, Ind.—Indiana University–Purdue University Fort Wayne (IPFW) Chancellor Vicky Carwein will kick off the inaugural Fall Bus Tour this Sunday, October 13, at noon in the Walb Union Classic Ballroom on the IPFW campus. The tour will take place over fall break and includes visits to Purdue West Lafayette, including dinner at President Mitch Daniels' house; NCAA headquarters; Fairbanks Simulation Center at IUPUI; Hardin Farms, owned by Purdue Trustee John Hardin, Zimmer; and Purdue Calumet.

Fort Wayne Mayor Tom Henry will join Chancellor Carwein for the kickoff on Sunday. Forty faculty, staff, and administrators will take part in the three-day bus tour. Planned visits and discussions are intended to be informative and to stimulate thinking around new ideas, initiatives, projects, and partnerships.
