Career Focus Day for IPFW Upward Bound Students

FORT WAYNE, Ind.—TRiO Upward Bound, a federally funded student development program housed and supported by Indiana University–Purdue University Fort Wayne (IPFW), is hosting Career Focus Day on Saturday January 18, from 9:25 to 11:45 a.m. at IPFW in Kettler Hall, Rooms 132 and 146.

Career Focus day will feature four guest speakers, each representing different career paths. Upward Bound will welcome the following guests:

  • Terra Brantley, anchor, WANE-TV
  • Andrew Welch, director of marketing, Ivy Tech Community College–Northeast
  • Rachel Steinhofer, attorney, Barnes & Thornburg
  • Palermo Galindo, Hispanic and immigrant liaison, City of Fort Wayne
