Local Scholar Explores Spiritual Truths and C.S. Lewis at IPFW
(Fort Wayne, March 7, 2008) -- Prince Caspian, C.S. Lewis second book in the Chronicles of Narnia series, is coming to theatres in early summer and coming to IPFW this month! Pamela L. Jordan, Ph.D., will present "Spiritual Truths in C.S. Lewis' Prince Caspian" as part of the Indiana University—Purdue University Fort Wayne (IPFW) University Religious Forum.
The lecture is Thursday, March 20, from noon to 1:15 p.m. in the Gates Center, Room 104. The forum is free and open to the public. A simple lunch is served; donations are accepted. Reservations are not necessary.
Jordan is the associate dean for academic affairs, director of general education, and chair of the English and writing department at Taylor University, Fort Wayne.
