IPFW Career Services Offers Career Information Sessions for Students with Diverse Backgrounds

(Fort Wayne, Jan. 29, 2008) -- The Indiana University—Purdue University Fort Wayne (IPFW) Office of Career Services will offer three information sessions for students with diverse backgrounds. The sessions, which are part of Diversity and Career Week, will run on the following dates:

  • Military students and career issues
    • Date: Tues, Feb. 12
    • Time: Noon
    • Location: Walb Union, Room 114
  • Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, Queer (LGBTQ) students and career issues
    • Date: Wed, Feb. 13
    • Time: Noon
    • Location: Walb Union, Room 114
  • Returning adult students and career issues
    • Date: Thurs, Feb. 14
    • Time: Noon
    • Location: Walb Union, Room 222

The sessions are free and open to the public.

Career Services partners with various experts to deliver these presentations. Each session is part of a brown bag lunch series focused on delivering information and answering related questions for each diverse group.
