Don’t Miss Tapestry 2008

(Fort Wayne, April 11, 2008) -- Tapestry 2008 is a day not to miss. Cheri Daniels, wife of Indiana Governor Mitch Daniels, Zonya Foco, dietician, and celebrity Marie Osmond are the headliners, but the lineup of breakout sessions is impressive as well, including what's hot, healthy and green. Participants will shop at The Tapestry Boutique and Trade Show, be pampered at the Spa Spectacular, and enjoy both breakfast and lunch.

"Tapestry-A Day for Women" is April 25 in Expo III at the Allen County War Memorial Coliseum. Seating is limited and registration is open through April 18 at www.ipfw.edu/tapestry or 260-481-6854. The program is designed to offer renewal and self-growth to women of all ages through educational, motivational, and inspirational programs designed to entertain in an atmosphere of camaraderie.

Cheri Daniels will welcome the audience to Tapestry 2008. Zonya Foco, dietician, will make the breakfast presentation, "The Power of One Good Habit," at 9 a.m. Marie Osmond's keynote speech will be "Hanging on Through Life Can Ruin a Good Manicure" after lunch at 1:45. The morning breakout session topics include:

Tapestry 2008 is dedicated to Suzon Larmore Motz. Tapestry raises money to provide scholarships for women pursuing health careers. Two awards will be presented at the event.
