Dana Reeve News Conference/Hospital Tour

(Fort Wayne, May 5, 2005) -- Dana Reeve, keynote speaker at Friday’s Tapestry: A Day for Women event, will hold a brief news conference at 10:30 a.m. Friday, May 6, in the main lobby of Parkview Hospital, 2200 Randallia Drive.

At 10:45 a.m., the media is invited to accompany Reeve as she tours part of Parkview Hospital and talks with patients.

Reeve, widow of actor Christopher Reeve and chairperson of the Christopher Reeve Paralysis Foundation, will deliver her keynote speech at the Allen County War Memorial Coliseum at 1:15 p.m. She will share her thoughts on life, about her late husband, on spinal cord research, and how she is “looking forward.”

The day long Tapestry event begins at 8 a.m. and continues through 4 p.m.
