Meyers, Joseph K.

Professor of Music in the School of Fine and Performing Arts, Dr. Meyers was the head of the vocal program throughout his tenure at IPFW (1974-1995). He received his B.A. from the University of Kansas (1954), the Diploma from the Vienna Academy of Music in Austria (1960) and the D.M.A. from the University of Missouri in 1972. In 1993 he was recipient of the Outstanding Teacher Award. From 1986 until 1995 he is remembered for his role in the Dickens Dinner.
