Carter, James Hal

Professor Carter taught chemistry from 1948-62. He received degrees from Union University (A.B., 1925), Vanderbilt University (M.S., 1927) and Iowa State College (Ph.D., 1931). Dr. Carter participated in the Manhattan Project during World War II. He died January 4, 1984 in West Lafayette, Indiana.
