Professor Klikunas taught engineering technology from 1960-1964. He was also coordinator of industrial relations for the Purdue Center. He died of a heart attack on August 10, 1964. He was a native of Poland and received his degree from the University of Warsaw (M.E., 1939). During World War Ii he was active in the underground movement. After coming to the U.S. he held engineering positions with several firms, coming to work for the Bowser Corporation in Fort Wayne. Source: Purdue Center News, September 1964 issue, p.1.
