Friends of IPFW

Categories: Topics

Founded in 1976 by Carolyn Gutman, the organization is an arm of the Indiana-Purdue Foundation, a not-for-profit corporation designed to receive gifts for the development of the IPFW campus. The purpose of the Friends is two fold: to support the campus through annual giving and to help make new friends for IPFW by inviting guests to monthly programs and special events. The organization honors faculty annually with the Outstanding Teacher Award. It has contributed to many projects on campus including the Friends Pavilion and Friends of IPFW Carillon.
