Q. My department uses 3rd party software such as MailChimp, Basecamp, or SignUpGenius that is not provided by IT Services in FW. Should we be doing anything to prepare? (Updated 12/6/17)
A. Yes, there are likely changes that will need to be made, especially with regard to logos, content referencing IPFW, email addresses, URL’s, etc. You will need to work with your vendor to make these changes. If you would like assistance with planning these changes, please email transformation@ipfw.edu.

Q. Will myIPFW become myPFW?
A. It is very likely that myIPFW (my.ipfw.edu) will become myPFW (my.pfw.edu).

Q. Will there be any functionality changes to myIPFW?
A. It is our intent to only make changes that are required for the realignment or to add important features. Once changes have been identified, they will be posted here.
