General Nominator Instructions

  • Nominations can be brief but must include all relevant information that should be used in consideration of the nominee. 
  • Do not list any experiences or activities that cannot be verified by the nominee upon request.
  • Do not use abbreviations for names or organizations.
  • Multiple nominations can be submitted.
  • See each nomination category for specific criteria details. 

Nominee Instructions

  • Nominees will be notified of nomination after any submission is received by the committee.
  • Nominees can submit an additional personal statement or participate in an interview to supplement nominations. More instructions will be provided upon notification of nomination.
  • Nominees will be expected to attend the Leadership Impact Award Event on May 3, 2017 at the IPFW Alumni Center.

Important Information:

February 28, 2017 - Award applications open

March 31, 2017 - NOMINATIONS DUE

April 3, 2017 - Deadline for any additional materials to be submitted for consideration 

April 21, 2017 - Headshots completed or submitted

April 21, 2017 - RSVP's due for Recognition Event 

May 3, 2017 - Recognition Event
