Catering on Campus

Classic Fare Catering provided by Aramark is IPFW's exclusive catering partner for orders over $250.00 for on campus events when university funds are involved.  When your department needs catering use CaterTrax.  If you do not have an account on CaterTrax, follow the instructions on how to get an account on the FAQ  webpage.  You may also want to contact Eric May to discuss options and obtain a quote especially if time is short.   


Catering -  any use of university funds to purchase food and beverages.

University funds  - include, but are not limited to, general operating budget, student service fees, and other gifts to the university. Any questions regarding your university cost centers/funds should be directed to your business manager.  

On campus - includes all buildings and property owned, operated or maintained by IPFW.  Properties that are owned by the university or the IPFW Foundation but leased to outside entities are not considered on campus.  Such properties are: Holiday Inn at IPFW and Coliseum, the CVS strip mall located at Crescent and Hobson, the Plex, NE Indiana Innovation Center and the childcare center.

How to Order Catering from Aramark

CaterTrax is the online tool to access Classic Fare Catering's menus.   Logon to the system with the credentials Aramark provided.  If you are uncertain if you have an account or of your credentials, please contact Eric May,  Food Services Director at 765-404-2919 or  Eric can provide your credentials or begin the process to have an account created for you.  If you know you do not have an account follow the instructions at 'How do I get an account ... from the  FAQ webpage.

If you have an account but have not attended a training session please contact Eric May, to discuss training.  The system does also offer tutorials.  Eric can also assist you in placing the order.  If this is a short-notice order (anything less than 48 hours) please both call Eric at this number and email him at
