Biography
Karen Moustafa Leonard holds a Ph.D. in Management from the University of Memphis (2004). Dr. Moustafa Leonard is an Assistant Professor whose research interests include: Effects of Organizational Change, Mentoring, Media Choice, and Organizational Ethics, Accountability and Transparency. She has published in Case Research Journal and SAM-E Journal and has presented her research at various regional, national and international conferences
