Reducing Math Anxiety

Here are some things you can do to help you reduce math anxiety:

• Attend Academic Workshops to improve study skills and learn about math anxiety, regularly offered by Academic Counseling and Career Services (ACCS).
• Use the tutoring services, supplemental instruction, common office hours, and videos to help you succeed.
