Tracy Warner, who graduated from Ball State in 1980 in political science, journalism and radio-television, has been editorial page editor of The Journal Gazette since 2000. At IPFW he is teaching the introduction to mass communications class for the Journalism Program.
Warner, who is the president-elect of the Indiana Associated Press Managing Editors Association, has also served the JG as assistant managing editor, metro editor, news editor, Sunday editor, copy editor and reporter. Working with new media trends, he helps coordinate the newspaper's convergence efforts and appears regularly on WPTA-TV, Channel 21, and on WOWO Radio, 1190-AM.
