Wardlaw is Vice President of Asher Advertising Agency, Inc., an advertising, marketing and public relations firm in Fort Wayne, Indiana. A former vice president of marketing and communication for the Greater Fort Wayne Chamber of Commerce, and a veteran of local theatre and other arts organizations, Wardlaw brings to his students over two decades of public relations, communications and marketing experience in both the public and private sectors. In his fourteen years with Asher, he has directed successful campaigns for a variety of clients.

Wardlaw is actively involved in a number of community efforts, including the Civic Theatre Board and the Mayor's Historic Preservation Review Board. He enjoys opportunities to serve as M.C. for a variety of community organizations.

Wardlaw currently teaches Public Relations (J280) at IPFW.
