Who do I call when I have a problem during a videoconference class? Technicians monitor videoconference classes from Kettler Hall and the Helmke Library. Your problem should be obvious and result in help in a few minutes. If not, you should call 481-6185 (Kettler control room), 481-6524 (Helmke B 37), or 698-9466 (pager).

Who do I call to schedule the use of MediaSite Live in KT 227? You can make a video recording of a lecture or teach a two-way videoconference in Kettler Hall 227 using Media Site Live. To schedule this classroom, go to the Kettler 227 Executive Room Schedule at http://tinyurl.com/ipfwvideoconf. For more information about the facility go to the “Continuing Studies, Credit Programs, Kettler 227” web page at http://www.ipfw.edu/dlearning/KT227/default.shtml. For training in using the facility, call the Assistant Director of Distance Learning at 481-6627.
