• How should I prepare to teach via TV or videoconference? • Who do I call when I have a problem during a videoconference class? Technicians monitor videoconference classes from Kettler Hall and the Helmke Library. Your problem should be obvious and result in help in a few minutes. If not, you should call 481-6185 (Kettler control room), 481-6524 (Helmke B 37), or 698-9466 (pager).

• Who do I call to schedule the use of MediaSite Live in KT 227? You can make a video recording of a lecture or teach a two-way videoconference in Kettler Hall 227 using Media Site Live. To schedule this classroom, go to the Kettler 227 Executive Room Schedule at http://tinyurl.com/ipfwvideoconf.
