Work Authorization
U.S. employers are required by law to check and ensure all employees, regardless of citizenship or national origin, are allowed to work in the United States. Thus, if you are not a citizen, you may need to apply for an Employment Authorization Document (EAD) to be allowed to work in the United Statess.
