Undergraduate Application
All international students wanting to apply to IPFW must submit all the necessary documents to the Office of International Services. Undergraduate admissions requirements can be found on the Admissions Requirements page or it can be viewed as a PDF:
Once you have downloaded and printed a copy of the admissions requirements, you are encouraged to download and print these documents, which are part of your admissions process that must be submitted to the Office of International Studies:
- Credit Card Authorization for Application (PDF)
- IU Transfer Form (PDF)
- Purdue Transfer Form (PDF)
Additionally, all international students must provide proof of their eligibility to fund their education while at IPFW. If you are being sponsored by your family, government, or a private organization, your sponsor must also provide proof of their ability to financially sponsor you as a student at IPFW. Students and their sponsor must complete the Affadvit of Support Document (PDF).
If a family member, friend, or U.S. host family will be providing room and board, they must complete the Free Room and Board Sponsorship Form (PDF).
The application, along with all the supporting documentation listed above, must be submitted to the Office of International Students in order for an admissions decision to be determined.
