Lost or Stolen Cards
Helmke Library should be alerted if your Mastodon Card is lost or stolen. Since you are responsible for all use of the card issued to you, it is important to report the loss as soon as possible. Also, please alert Campus Safety Office so the card can be deactivated in the system.
