What if my Card is lost or stolen?

Helmke Library should be alerted if your Mastodon card is lost or stolen. Since you are responsible for all use of the card issued to you, it is important to report the loss as soon as possible.

Also, please alert Walb Union operations office so the card can be deactivated in the system.

A $20 card replacement fee will be charged to reissue any card less than two years old.
