Receiving Your Card
An application must be completed, and your IPFW network ID, myIPFW username or IPFW email address must be provided. However, the entire process (including your photo) will take less than five minutes. Mastodon Cards are issued at the Campus Safety Office.
To obtain a Mastodon Card, a valid driver’s license, state ID card, or 6 points of state approved documents (including one photo ID) must be presented in person.
