Receiving Your Card
An application must be completed, and your IPFW Network ID, my.ipfw Username or IPFW email address must be provided. However, the entire process (including your photo) will take less than five minutes. Mastodon Cards are issued at the Walb Union service desk.
To obtain an Mastodon Card, a valid drivers license, state ID card, or 6 points of state approved documents (including one photo ID) must be presented in person.
