Williams Theatre
Admission to performances at IPFW's Williams Theatre is free with your Mastodon Card.
Hilliard Gates Center (Fitness Center)
Fitness Center privileges are included with student fees. Gates Center access is updated electronically with class registration each semester. Gates Center privileges are updated manually at the time of purchase for spouses, dependents, and students who opt for a semester without classes.
Athletic Events
All current students receive free admission to all IPFW home athletic events with their Mastodon Card. To receive free admission, students present their Mastodon Card the ticket window for sports where the general public is charged admission (basketball, volleyball and the Soccer Showcase). Free admission to home athletic events includes Men's Basketball games, which are held at the Coliseum.
Mastodon Cards are required for discounted admission to student activities and free or reduced admission to athletic events.
Fort Wayne Area
The Fort Wayne Cinema Center and Philharmonic offer reduced rates when the your Mastodon Card is presented at the time of ticket purchase.
Software
Follett's bookstore, located on the ground floor of Kettler Hall, offers IU Ware, office suites, operating systems, programming tools and applications (including SPSS) at remarkable discounts. Follett’s sells the discounted software to IPFW students on a consignment basis for IPFW Information Technology Services and IU Bloomington. Most programs range from $5 to $35 for currently enrolled students. Your Mastodon Card and proof of current enrollment are required for software purchases at Follett’s. All discounted software available at Follett’s, (as well as other statistical, mathematics and GIS software available to IPFW students), is listed on this software link.
Other Discounts
Other community discounts are arranged each year by the Indiana-Purdue Student Government Association and the Administrative Staff Council.
