About the Lafayette Street Family Health Clinic
The Lafayette Street Family Health Clinic is a nurse-practitioner clinic with a patient-centered model of care. The clinic provides the following services; most birth control methods, pap smears for cervical cancer screening, pregnancy tests, clinical breast exams, Emergency Contraception, testing and treatment of Sexually Transmitted Infections (STI's), HIV counseling and testing, and education on reproductive health.
We welcome women and men from all cultural and ethnic backgrounds and have a translator available at no cost for our Hispanic clients. ¡Hablamos Espanol!
The clinic fees are based on income and family size for all aspects of family planning.
