Let us come to you! The Wellness Staff would love to come to your staff or department and present on any of a variety of topics. We can help explain Healthy Purdue as a whole or we can present a red apple to your staff!
Launched in January 2006, Healthy Purdue is the University’s effort to protect the health and productivity of Purdue employees, contain our rising health care costs, and lead the way in employee health research and education. Offering two levels of incentives, one for getting informed about your health (completing a wellness screening and health risk assessment) and another for then taking action to improve or maintain it, this initiative encourages and rewards participation in health-promoting activities. Healthy Purdue is a system wide Purdue University health promotion, disease prevention initiative for benefit eligible employees, retirees, long term disability participants, and their spouses or same sex domestic partners. Program parts are designed to help individuals learn more about their health and how to take action to improve or maintain lifestyle habits. Get Healthy. Stay Healthy.Check out a Healthy Purdue Action Pack for more information. |
