Honors Program in Geology
Students are encouraged to participate in the departmental honors program. To complete the program, you must maintain a GPA of 3.50 or higher in geology and a cumulative GPA of 3.30 or er, and must complete at least 1 credit of GEOL G499 Honors Research in Geology leading to a thesis, the results of which must be publicly presented.
