Arthur L. Lucas and Cora Lucas Chestnut Scholarship
Criteria
Students shall be Allen County, IN, residents who demonstrate financial need. Students must be admitted as a major in elementary education. No scholarship will exceed the amount charged by IPFW for annual tuition. It is the donor's wish that scholarships be awarded to those students who shall express a willingness and intention to restore to the fund the amounts received by them, and the donor intends that recipients will have a moral, but not legal, obligation to do so. Students must be enrolled full time to receive this award. Student must file a 2008-09 Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) so that it is received at the federal processors by March 10, 2008.
