Pay Out of Pocket

There are several methods you can use to pay your fees. We strongly recommend that you use either the mail or phone methods to pay. There are very long lines the last two days prior to fee payment deadlines and the wait time can be in excess of one hour. You can avoid this by using one of the preferred methods.

Pay Online (Checks and Credit Cards)

You can now pay directly from your checking or savings account through myIPFW. You can also use your VISA, Mastercard, or Discover cards.

Pay by Mail

You can mail payment in to:

Note your student ID number (shown as your account number on your bill) in the memo area of the check. Please allow adequate mailing time so your payment reaches us by the payment deadline.

Pay by Phone

If you are paying by VISA, MasterCard or Discover, you may do this over the phone by calling 260-481-6824. Please don't wait until the payment deadline to call, as we expect the phone lines to be very busy that day.

You can make a Visa, MasterCard, and Discover credit-card payment by calling the Bursar's office at 260-481-6824. Please have the following required information available:

• Student ID Number (begins with 900 or 999)
• Amount to Pay
• Credit Card Number
• Expiration Date (four digits)
• CVV2 Number (3 or 4 digit number on back of the credit card)
• Billing Address (numeric portion of street address only)
• Zip Code (five digits)

Once you have provided your information, we will call our national credit card processor to authorize your payment. Your account will be updated after your payment has been authorized. Through myIPFW, you can screen-print a copy of your account summary page as a receipt.

Night Drop Box

A night drop box is located next to Bursar window number 1. You may drop your payment off in this box, but it must be received by close-of-business on the payment deadline date. Be sure to put your payment and stub in a sealed envelope before depositing.

Stand in Line

You may pay in person at the Bursar's office, but the lines will be long if you wait until the payment deadline. You will save yourself time by using one of the above options or by paying prior to the last day.

Remember to pay by the deadline that is printed on your bill. Failure to meet the payment deadline may result in cancellation of your classes. Please remember that you are responsible for payment of your fees unless you withdraw from your classes during the published refund period. Stopping class attendance does not constitute withdrawal. You must process a drop/add form through your advisor.
