Welcome to WIReD, a site dedicated to the professional development of the IPFW writing faculty.

This site is organized into three main components:

Professional Development offers various theoretical and practical research for writing faculty to review.

Faculty Resources contains a variety of best practices and classroom material for writing faculty to sample.

Student Resources includes online and reference resources for students' use to assist in excelling in college composition.

Writing Program Curriculum Guidelines offers guidelines for ENG W130, ENG W131, and ENG W233.

WIReD is sponsored by a grant from the IPFW CELT advisory board.
