The purposes and objectives of Educators for Excellence are:

Serve as an informative source of on-campus field-related activities
Offer support and information pertaining to field-related job searches
Promote discussion and evaluation of contemporary educational philosophies, trends and research studies
Provide students with opportunities to gain knowledge from new and experienced educators
Foster a commitment to local community schools and to the School of Education
Provide a strong future alumni base and network for the School of Education
