Although the Help Desk is able to help you with technological issues, only your distance learning instructor can help you with course content questions. In fact, your instructor is eager to help you understand the course structure as well, of course, the content itself. Professors like questions because they are "learning points" and often can help illuminate an issue for the entire class. The best way to contact your professor is through the Blackboard Vista mail function in the gray menu bar along the top of the page. Your instructor's "address" is part of the mail function - just compose your message and click on "Browse for Recipients.", then check the box beside your instructor's name, then press "save," and then press "send. |

| You probably can not expect your professors to be reading their mail over the weekend, so don't wait until the last possible minute to ask a question! |
