Gift Clubs

Donors are recognized in various categories according to their level of giving.  The level of giving distinguishes the donor as a member of one of the corresponding gift clubs.

Membership in the President's Council is a gift from Purdue to thank donors who have given $1,000 or more.

The Well House Society was formed in 1974 to recognize some of Indiana University's most valued donors—those who give every year, without restricting how part of their gifts will be used

Blue & White Society

Blue & White Society Donors are essential builders of the Annual Fund. This category recognizes gifts up to $99. For their support, IPFW expresses its appreciation.

Mastodon Society

Donors of $100 to $249 are gratefully recognized as Mastodon Society investors at IPFW. (Matching corporate gifts are also applied as part of a donor's total annual gift.)

Alfred W. Kettler Society

Donors who contribute between $250 and $499 to IPFW are welcomed in the Alfred W. Kettler Society. (Matching corporate gifts are also applied as part of a donor's total annual gift.)

Individuals in the Chancellor's Society have invested a yearly gift of $1,000 or more to IPFW. Membership can be attained through a single gift or multiple designated or undesignated gifts during the year. Gifts can be made in combination with corporate matching to meet society member requirements.  Ask your human resource office for details of the program and obtain a matching gift form.  If you or your spouse's employer is a matching gift company, please include with your gift.

Pacesetters

The purpose of the Pacesetter program:

  • To allow successful, dedicated alumni to demonstrate their commitment to IPFW by making a gift to the Annual Fund of $500 or more.
  • To allow IPFW to assist you by promoting you and your business.
  • To demonstrate to other alumni across the country how important it is to give back to their alma mater.
  • Contributions from this fund are used where the need is greatest—often for scholarships or special programming for IPFW students.

Benefits of the Pacesetter program are:

    • Many corporations are able to double their gift by utilizing their company’s matching gift programs.
    • As a Pacesetter, your name, title and company name will be listed on our IPFW letterhead.  We use this letterhead to send thousands of letters to alumnus/na, encouraging them to donate to the annual fund.
    • You and your company benefit by having your name, title and company name listed in the following publications:
      • IPFW Alumni Magazine which is sent to over 40,000 IPFW Alumni
      • Honor Roll Brochure listing all donors, with a distribution of 5,000
      • Annual Fund letterhead which is used for mailings sent to thousands of your fellow alumni.
