IPFW has several options for those interested in effecting organizational change, including:

Option 1
A master's degree with a specialization in human resources

Option 2
A master's degree with a specialization in organizational leadership

Option 3
A graduate certificate in organizational leadership

Graduate School Admission Requirements

Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution

Minimum undergraduate GPA of 3.0/4.0 with the possibility of conditional admission for those who do not meet this requirement. 

Applicants whose native language is not English must achieve an overall TOEFL iBT score of at least 77, with the following test scores:

Reading

Listening

Speaking

Writing

Alternatively, applicants may submit an IELTS (Academic Module) score of 6.5 or higher.

Department of Organizational Leadership Requirements

Students currently admitted to any Purdue or Indiana University graduate degree program at IPFW are eligible to earn a Graduate Certificate in Organizational Leadership if they are approved for admission to the program through the Department of Organizational Leadership.

Students not currently admitted to the Purdue Gradate School must apply for admission through the Department of Organizational Leadership.
