My undergraduate degree is in a none-technical field (i.e, Business Management. Would I be eligible to apply to the Master of Science in Technology program?

Yes, you are eligible to apply. If you are, however, interested in Information Technology track, you should take additional undergraduate courses on networking, programming, and as such (unless your work experience is in IT field). If you are interested in Industrial Engineering track, you don't have to take extra courses.
