Electrical and Computer Engineering

Until the 2013-2014 academic year, after completing the requirements of of the Freshman Engineering Program, an engineering student used to declare a major and became a sophomore. The enrollments reported in the table below are for the combined count of sophomores, juniors, and seniors in the electrical engineering program.

Starting July 2015, with the creation of the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering, freshman students are asked to declare their major as soon as they are ready to do so.
