Proctored Testing

Testing Services

Are you taking an online class that requires proctored testing? It's easy to use Testing Services.

Step 1

Call Testing Services at 260-481-6600 when you are ready to schedule your test; you must do so in advance.  No walk-ins are permitted.  The instructor will list exam dates on their syllabus and will approve any extensions or exceptions to these dates. Have an extension, or exception? The instructor will need to notify Testing Services of this special circumstance; however, you must still call and schedule your testing appointment.

Testing appointments are on a first come, first served basis, so to receive the day and time that works best for your schedule, please call well in advance of the beginning date for each exam. Child care arrangements must be made prior to the day and time of your exam. Children are not allowed in the testing rooms or the testing lab. Examinations are given during the following days and times in Kettler Hall, Rm. 232.

  • Mondays-Thursdays, 8:30 a.m, 10:00 a.m., 11:30 a.m., 1:00 p.m., 2:30 p.m., 4:00 p.m. and 5:45 p.m.
  • Fridays, 8:30 a.m, 10:00 a.m., 11:30 a.m., 1:00 p.m., 2:30 p.m.
  • Saturdays, 8:30 a.m. and 10:00 a.m.

Please arrive 15 min. early for your testing appointment. Students arriving late will be asked to reschedule their appointment.

In the event of adverse weather conditions, please listen to area radio and television stations to make sure that campus is open.

Step 2

Bring several pencils, pens, any other materials (i.e., calculator, ruler, notes, textbooks) your instructor has said you may use during the examination. You are responsible to bring the necessary materials that you will need for your examination. Testing Services will proctor the exam according to your instructor's directions only.
