  • Rockets in the Classroom: It Really is Rocket Science, Michael Hollman, NASA Student Launch Initiative Consultant. 9 a.m., KT 216
    • Construction - Flight Stability - Forces on the Rocket - Motor Selection - Parachute Selection - Altitude Prediction - Walking Distance (if your main parachute opens at 43,000 feet, and there is a steady 15mph wind, how many miles will you be walking to recover your rocket?)
