College of Arts and Sciences

The Certificate in International Studies is available to all IPFW students. It is for students who are interested in developing greater understanding of the histories and cultures of other nations and in studying the various means used to promote and maintain normal relations among them.

The International Studies Certificate consists of a minimum of 18 credits designated as having an international focus, and two semesters of a foreign language (or their equivalent).  When applicable, courses counted toward the certificate may also count toward requirements for your degree.

International Studies sponsors an International Photo Contest each fall for students, staff, alumni, and faculty.
