 IPFW Dinner Series

HOSPITALITY MANAGEMENT PROGRAM

In cooperation with the tourism businesses of Fort Wayne and greater Northeast Indiana, HTM students plan and present a number of events during  Fall and Spring semesters, under the guidance of Dr. John Knight,  Professor of Hospitality Management.

The events will be served to the dining public offering good value for the dollar, excellent cuisine, and entertainment at some venues.   Students in the class will be responsible for designing the menus, preparing the meals, and serving..  The IPFW Dinner Series Toast will begin each meal. Please contact Continuing Studies for tickets at 260-481-6619. All dinners begin at 6:30 p.m. unless otherwise noted.
