 IPFW Dinner Series


The Department of Consumer and Family Sciences


In cooperation with industry partners in Fort Wayne and greater Northeast Indiana, HTM students plan and present a number of events during Fall and Spring semesters.

The events will be served to the dining public offering good value for the dollar, excellent cuisine, and entertainment at some venues.   Students in the class will be responsible for designing the menus, preparing the meals, and serving..  The IPFW Dinner Series Toast will begin each meal.
