Gerald Szymanski Scholarship

This scholarship is generously supported by the family of Gerald G. Szymanski, Associate Professor Emeritus of Education, and a thirty year faculty member.

Criteria to be eligible:

  • Student must have achieved a sophomore class standing having successfully completed 30 or more semester hours of credit
  • Student must be majoring in Education in either an undergraduate or graduate program
  • Student must have a cumulative GPA of 2.8 or higher if an undergraduate, or 3.0 or higher as a graduate student
  • Scholarship is based on merit
